At Cutie Pet-tudies, we want your stylish companions to look their absolute best. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
